Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden. We aim to have orders processed, packed, and out the door by the next working day if the item is in stock. Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days of dispatch. If any items you order are out of stock or have supply issues we will inform you via email or telephone as soon as possible. If you require goods before a certain date, please email or phone before placing the order, to see if we can dispatch it in time. Payments must be verified before any goods are dispatched.
Please note: You don't need to have a PayPal account to make your payment by PayPal. Simply just continue your order 'without an account' and insert your card details as normal. Any problems, just call us on 01243 575041.
We will only ship orders to the cardholder's billing address, or a work address (UK only) with a verifiable landline telephone number. We will not ship orders to third party names and addresses. Courier deliveries (commonly used for ski & snowboard hardware, larger items and items over 5kg) will only be made between Monday & Friday. Delivery will be from the hours of 9am to 6pm.
All courier and international deliveries require a signature. We cannot be responsible for multiple delivery attempts. If the item is unclaimed and returned to us, postage will not be refunded. Please check contents upon receipt and make sure you have received all boxes in your consignment. Should your parcel appear to be damaged in anyway, please sign for the item as 'damaged'. Signing for the parcel as 'damaged' covers us and covers you, should a claim need to be raised with the courier. If there is no one available at the delivery address, a card will be left and you will be required to arrange another delivery time or collect your order from your local depot. Requests for parcels to be left in particular places will be noted but due to security purposes, may not always be actioned by the courier. Please note, We WILL NOT take responsiblity for goods requested to be left in specific places. All lost or damaged parcels sent via Royal Mail require 28 days before we are able to claim for the parcel. Rinskis is committed to recycling and the product packaging you may see when first opening the package, may differ to the contents.
